Not financial or tax advice. Crypto can lose all value. Swaps may be screened, delayed or refused for AML/sanctions. The operators may hold crypto and earn affiliate commissions. DYOR.

1. Not financial or tax advice

0FACE and its content are strictly informational and are not investment, financial, legal or tax advice, and not a solicitation or recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset or to make any financial decision. Talk to your own professional. Do your own research.

2. Crypto-asset risk

Digital Assets are highly volatile and can lose all value. Past performance means nothing for the future. Only transact what you can afford to lose.

3. Technology & execution risk

4. Third-party & counterparty risk

Liquidity Venues are independent; their failure, insolvency, downtime or misconduct is outside our control.

In particular, you accept that:

You are solely responsible for verifying, before sending: the correct network; the correct token; the destination address; any required memo/tag; the amount; gas; token and blockchain compatibility — and all other transaction details. An error in any of these can result in permanent, unrecoverable loss.

0FACE is an interface aggregator, not an exchange. Routes are executed by independent exchangers, DEXs and bridges. If a transaction gets stuck, is held or blocked by a provider’s AML screening, is sent to the wrong destination, or funds are lost through a third-party service, that loss falls on you and the third-party provider — not on the Interface. Under the Terms of Service, our total aggregate liability for all claims is capped at US $100.

5. Legal, AML & sanctions risk

The legal treatment of Digital Assets — including privacy-preserving assets — varies by jurisdiction and can change. Swaps may be screened, delayed, refused or reported to comply with AML/CTF and sanctions law, and access may be blocked in some jurisdictions. Your compliance is your responsibility.

6. Disclosures

7. No guarantee

We do not guarantee uptime, execution, price or any result, and are not liable for losses — see the Terms.

Refunds. Nothing in these documents guarantees a refund or compensation for a failed operation. There is no committed obligation to: return funds within any particular timeframe; compensate exchange-rate movements; reimburse gas; cover losses caused by delay; compensate an exchanger’s error; or reimburse funds held or blocked by an AML review. Where a refund is technically possible, it will most likely follow the rules of the specific executing provider, not ours.
